Our Patient Satisfaction Survey Philosophy

Walk-In GYN sends surveys via email and text at the end of each day, to every patient who visited our practice(s) in person or completed a TeleHealth appointment. To respect the value of your time, each survey comprises no more than 8 questions and should take no more than 3-minutes to complete.  To ensure we do not influence the survey responses, we do not offer any form of compensation for their completion.

What We Do With Survey Results

The overall satisfaction score and any associated description of your experience are posted directly to the practice’s location page. The detailed results are presented internally, once a month, during our all-hands meeting, so that we can celebrate successes and identify/remedy any issues.

 

Patient Privacy & Surveys

We value your privacy at all times and rigorously follow HIPPA regulations.   All identifying information will be reviewed and redacted as appropriate before being posted publicly or internally. During the survey process, you can request to be contacted. In this instance, your identifying information will be circulated to a small team that will address your concerns directly, but never publicly.

Annual Surveys

Once a year, Walk-In GYN sends a survey to all patients who have visited our practice(s) in person or completed a TeleHealth appointment. The Annual Survey is a more comprehensive tool that uses the Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS) Clinician and Group Practice survey developed by the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality for use in hospitals and medical practices across the country.

The Annual Survey evaluates how well we as a practice performed and allows for direct comparison to all other participating practices across the nation.
